Major shareholders
ISS is indirectly owned by funds advised by EQT partners and Goldman Sachs Capital that hold 54% and 44% of the share capital, respectively. In addition, certain members of the Board of directors, the Executive Group Management and a number of senior officers of ISS hold approximately 2% of the share capital through director and management participation programmes.
