ISS’ strategic direction has been unchanged for a decade – we continue to pursue an integrated facility services strategy while continuously developing and maintaining single service excellence. This choice is driven by the market’s demands - both present and emerging.
ISS embarked on a major transformation process over a decade ago. Through this transformation we built global capability in the self delivery of a well-defined set of services which are equally well suited to delivery as a single service and as a part of an integrated offering. This platform now places ISS in a unique position by allowing us to offer integrated facilities services – locally as well as internationally.
